China-based mobile phone manufacturer Vivo introduced 120W fast charging technology. The details of the technology that offers the possibility of charging with light speed are in our news.
In recent years, fast charging of mobile phones has become as important as battery life. While many manufacturers are developing technologies that can be used for several hours in just a few minutes, the bar in this area is steadily rising. A new charging technology developed by China-based Vivo has a power of 120 watts. Thanks to this special technology, a 4000 mAh battery can be fully charged in 13 minutes.

Vivo shared a short video about this technology, called the 120W Super FlashCharge. This video reveals the speed of technology. The new technology can charge half of the battery with a 5 minute charge. The tests are carried out with a specially developed charging adapter. In addition, Vivo did not share information about how hot the phone was as a result of the test.

Earlier, another Chinese-based manufacturer, Xiaomi, also demonstrated the 100W fast charge technology with a demo. In Xiaomi's technology, it took 17 minutes to fully charge a battery.
It is not known when these technologies will reach the end user yet. In the industry, Huawei, Oppo and similar brands themselves developed rapid charging technologies are used. Qualcomm also supports QuickCharge technologies that are supported by its own processors.
