Blackout Feature Comes From For Oneplus!
OnePlus is working to enable DC dimming on smart phones in a future update. This was announced by OnePlus CEO Pete Lau, who showed a demonstration of the feature.
In order to clarify, low-light OLED panels are expected to be operations called Pulse Width Modulation (or PWM).
An alternative to using PWM is DC downtime. Reduces the DC current to the OLED panel, reducing its brightness and quality to some degree. Xiaomi used the DC dimming, which was especially used on the Black Shark 2 smartphone, and the report was reported to be brought to Mi 9.
